Training begins!

Actually, training started on 12/28, but I just decided to keep my training journal online. So far, my longest run has been 4 miles. Since this week's long one is 5 miles, and the Fred Lebow Classic 5-miler is this weekend, I'm running my first race! Nevermind that I haven't run 5 miles OR a race yet...
Today's run: 3.25 miles (easy) @ 40 mins
Food: eggs + v8, vegetarian chili, vanilla yogurt drink, cod fish po' boy and a 1/2 a westville oreo cookie.
